India is desperate to switch attention away from human rights abuses in India Occupied Kashmir: Foreign Officer Spokesperson Aisha Farooqui

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) — FO spokesperson Aisha Farooqui stated India's latest move to pursue a 50 % reduction in Pakistani High Commission staff strength in New Delhi was part of India's pathetic attempts to distract attention from its state terrorism and the worst human rights abuses in occupied Kashmir. Instead of creating diversions at the expense of peace and stability in South Asia, she said India would be better advised to concentrate on its inner and outer issues.  The spokesman ” says Pakistan has consistently made the world community aware that the BJP government's irresponsible policies are progressively impoverishing regional peace and security. Our diplomats and officials have also worked within the boundaries of international law and diplomatic norms, she said.  The Speaker conclusively dismissed and strongly criticized the groundless accusations made by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs as a justification for seeking a 50 per cent reduction in the High Commission for Pakistan's staff strength in New Delhi.
